Excellent Customer Service

I represent the Village and Town of Caledonia and Boy Scout Troop 4027. Because of your generosity we were able to carry your large American flag in our town’s 125th anniversary parade yesterday, Saturday, July 30th.
We assembled a large group of Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, parents, and volunteers to carry it. We were very conscious of keeping it safe and clean. The boys and girls loved it and it looked so sharp leading the parade! I don’t think a flag that large was ever carried through our town.
After the parade we folded the flag in the proper way with only the stars showing on a triangle of blue, which was a challenge but with so many people to volunteer it worked out well. Thanks to you we were able to represent our town’s love of country and celebrate our town’s anniversary in style.

I was really nervous about getting a washer/dryer combo because I’ve heard horrible reviews on them. Scott and his service team installed the Splendide 2100 xc and put a vent on the outside of our camper for us and I love it! The entire Meyers RV organization clearly went the extra mile to service our motorhome. We very much appreciate the excellent service. and your personal intervention on our behalf. The result was BETTER than we expected.
In the past, we purchased six motorhomes from Meyers. The driving force was mostly the Meyers service. When the original business was sold to Camping World we tried the service one time and we were totally disappointed so that ended our short lived relationship with them. When we learned that Meyers bought the business back we drive by several RV service locations to use Meyers service. We see the “We’re Back” signs in your lot and we’ll match it with “We’re back with you”
BTW, Dennis was our Service Adviser this time around and he did an excellent job. He listened to our concerns, probed into each issue, went out to the RV to clarify and best of all, kept us informed throughout the entire process.

We took our camper over to Meyers to have the paint fixed under warranty. We didn’t buy the camper from Meyers but they gladly took our camper in to do the work for us. When I dropped it off they said it would be done on the 22nd of April and I thought to my self that was never going to happen as that is what happened to us at the other dealers. So today is the 22nd and I took a ride over to see when it was going to be done and to my amazement they told me yup your all set and ready to go. Meyers RV Superstores you now have all our business from this point forward. Can’t say enough about how we were treated from the start and you guys didn’t have to as we didn’t buy this camper from you, but for sure the next one is coming from your dealership with service like this. I usually don’t do this but I must tell you our experience buying our new camper through your Syracuse show was an absolute pleasure. From our saleswoman dealing with us and our many decision changes to the service and setup afterwards. Ryan Burns is a huge asset to your company. I’m also in the business of customer service and he was amazing to deal with. Between scheduling us for parts and pieces that were not dealt with from factory to the walk through and showing us how everything works and features of the camper. I will never go anywhere else do to our experiences. I have bad experiences other places and I can totally appreciate how your business is run and taking care of the customer comes first. It can be very overwhelming, but she directed us, and helped us find the perfect one for us!! She is all heart, and extremely experienced. Her knowledge also helped us decide. She has even followed through with some special requests we’ve had. She was there for our tour, and helped explain the best way to operate and take care of our trailer. Even some decorating tips!! I just bought my second travel trailer in less than a year from Meyer’s RV. Everything about them is top notch. I dealt with the same salesman Jason L. and he once again went above and beyond to make my trade in seamless. He was always available to answer any questions I had, even on his days off. That says something about how they treat customers. The same goes for their outstanding service department. They also went above and beyond get my camper ready in a very short time period. We have been a Meyers RV customer for several years….and for good reason. We have had a great experience from sales to service on 3 units now.

A shout out to Jay Haas and Matt for making our dream of being a Class A owner come to life in June. Jason Reichichi made the financial end go smoothly. Ashley worked diligently on the out-of-state purchase we made. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and helpful.
